Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DentPulse at dentpulse.app you agree to these Terms. If you use DentPulse for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
DentPulse provides marketing performance reports, AI-assisted analysis, Meta ad campaign creation and management, and social media scheduling and publishing for dental clinics.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping login details and any connected access tokens secure, and for all activity under your account.
4. Third-party platforms
When you connect Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or GoHighLevel, you must follow those platforms' terms and advertising policies and hold the rights to the ad accounts, Pages and data you connect. DentPulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or GoHighLevel.
5. Ad spend and approvals
Campaigns are created paused and only go live when you approve them. You are solely responsible for ad budgets, charges billed by Meta, and the content of ads and posts you publish.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of content and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service. You must not upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or patient information without proper consent.
7. AI output
AI-generated analysis, captions and graphics are suggestions. Review them before use; they may contain errors and do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice.
8. No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on many factors, including market conditions and clinic follow-up. We do not guarantee any number of leads, appointments or treatments.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, or use it to send spam or violate any law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request data deletion at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
