1. Who we are

DentPulse (“we”, “us”) is a dental marketing performance intelligence platform at dentpulse.app. It helps marketing agencies and dental clinics report on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, manage ad campaigns, and schedule social media content. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password of authorised staff users.
• Clinic details: clinic name, location, website, logo and contact information you enter.
• Meta data, with your permission: ad account IDs, campaign, ad set and ad performance figures, Facebook Page and Instagram account details, page posts and their metrics, and lead form submissions.
• GoHighLevel data, with your permission: pipeline and opportunity counts used for patient funnel reporting.
• Uploaded content: images, videos and creatives used in reports, ads and social posts.
• Contact form messages you send us.

3. How we use information

• Produce marketing performance reports and AI-assisted analysis.
• Create, pause, resume and analyse Meta ad campaigns you approve.
• Publish scheduled posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
• Respond to enquiries and provide support.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Meta or patient lead data for advertising profiles or any purpose other than providing the service to the clinic it belongs to.

4. Meta platform data

Data received through Meta's APIs is used only for the features above, in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers, are never shown in the browser, and can be removed at any time from Integrations.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and run the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery and AI processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Report share links are created only by authorised users and can expire.

6. Security and retention

Data is stored in private, access-controlled storage. Each admin account's clinics are isolated from other accounts. We keep data while the account is active and delete it on request or when the account is closed.

7. Data deletion

To delete your data, email reporting@dentpulse.app with the subject “Data deletion request” and your account email or clinic name. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. You can also disconnect DentPulse anytime from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, and remove saved keys under Integrations in DentPulse.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw permissions at any time.

9. Children

DentPulse is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
